Atlas Energy, part of AtlasCorp, was founded in 2019 with the vision of becoming a key player in the national energy transition and ensuring the production of clean energy from sustainable sources.
In just a few years, the company has positioned itself as one of the main contributors to the development of hydropower and photovoltaic capacity in Albania.
Today, Atlas Energy operates four hydropower plants equipped with modern infrastructure that ensures high efficiency and minimal environmental impact. At the same time, the company has initiated the development of solar parks, targeting a total capacity of 100 MW and an annual production of over 250 GWh of clean energy.
As the energy arm of Atlas Corporation, we are building a sustainable platform for generation and investment that supports the group’s objective of achieving net-zero consumption by 2030 through photovoltaic projects across operational units and the gradual expansion of new capacities.
Our energy is supplied to OSHEE, while our vision continues to be driven by ongoing investments and a clear ambition to become a key player in the region.

We operate several hydropower plants in Kukës and Burrel, using the natural flow of rivers to generate clean energy without negatively impacting the environment. These projects support local development and ensure a stable energy supply.
We install photovoltaic systems in industrial facilities, such as Atlas Mills. We also have a number of additional solar projects under development that will contribute to diversifying the country’s energy sources.
We manage the entire lifecycle of an energy project: from site identification (land or rooftop), feasibility studies and permitting, to grid connection, financing, and construction (EPC management).
We ensure continuous and efficient operation of facilities through real-time monitoring, preventive maintenance, rapid interventions when needed, and performance reporting.
We are in the process of entering the liberalized energy market through trading licenses, energy portfolio management, and the signing of long-term agreements with partners.
Atlas Energy continues to expand its energy development year after year.
Atlas Energy successfully developed and brought HEC Tërfoja into operation, strengthening its portfolio in sustainable hydropower and contributing to reliable local energy production.
With HEC Shutri, Atlas Energy expanded its renewable capacity, delivering a project focused on efficiency, environmental responsibility, and long-term energy stability.
